My Hyundai had an engine failure and it was not under warranty anymore since it is a salvage title due to flood. I was so desperate and couldn't afford to fix it as I am a student, that I advertised it on craiglist for sale by parts. Dan from the service department contacted me and instead of offering to buy the car for cheap, he offered to take a look if it is eligible to repair under recall. I would have never known that it was under a recall because two shops that I've been to told me that there is no hope and it's out of warranty. He got an approval for a new engine under recall and installed it, even waited for over an hour for me to come from work to pick it up. I don't often write reviews, but Bowser Hyundai deserves a few minutes of my time. After negotiating a deal with another Hyundai dealer and leaving a deposit, two days later they still had not called to say it was ready and finalized. So I put out offers to Bowser and two other Hyundai dealers in the area. Jeff Empey at Bowser replied first thing in the morning with an actual offer that was better than the first Hyundai dealer's negotiated price. After a few quick emails and phone calls to settle details, I drove to Bowser to verify my trade-in condition and sign the papers. That was it! A great price in no time with no hassle! The finance manager was also great and did not use high pressure tactics to sell unnecessary warranties and insurance - and gave me an irresistible deal on what I did get. Their online inventory is also accurate, while the first dealer had a fraction of what they had advertised online. About five minutes before I left for Bowser to pick up my new car, the first dealer called to say they had sold the one I was buying but they had another one just like it later in the week. I dropped by that dealership in my new Elantra to pick up my deposit check.

My new Santa Fe has to be one of the best built vehicles I've seen in a long time.
